The South Korean Premiere of Groove will be performed by flutist Marianna Schürmann and accordionist Neža Torkar from the ensemble via nova. The concert will be part of the Lee Sanggeun International Music Festival, in Jinju, South Korea. More info can be found here.

My piano solo piece Epitaph, that was released on the splendid Ville Hautakangas’ debut album 12 Premieres, will from this day onalso be available on all streaming platforms! The whole album with all 12 pieces will be available on the 19th of January 2024.

My orchestra piece Nixus (version for chamber orchestra) will be performed by the Jyväskylä Sinfonia conducted by Jiří Rožeň. More information can be found here.

My second string quartet Letters will be performed by the Berlin based Elaia Quartet  at the Städtisches Bühnenhaus of the town Wesel in western Germany. Three movements from the solo accordion suite Shapes will get their Bosnia and Herzegovina Premiere at the 76th Coupe Mondiale International Accordion Competition in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Two competitiors will perform the movements I. “The Rhomb”, III. “Circles and Ellipses” and V. “Dots”.

The piece was performed by Johannes Koivisto (Finland) on Wednesday the 6th of September in the first round and by  Bela Brichzin (Germany) on Friday the 8th of September in the second round.

My new solo accordion piece Renewavles Op.83 will be performed by Sami Majamäki at the Tampering Festival. At the Tampering Festival it will be the first performance where all movements will be performed subsequently.
