The World Premiere of my new trio Vibrations for recorder, violin and organ will take place on the 10th of August at the baroque music festival Vantaa BRQ in Finland. The piece will be performed by the commissioner, the fantastic Rosetta Ensemble.

The World Premiere of my new piece Fretus for string orchestra will take place on the 7th of August in the archipelago at Styrsö Kammarmusikdagar in Sweden.

The pre-recorded video world premiere of my piece ICE will be performed by the commissioner Sinfonia Lahti conducted by their amazing principal conductor Dalia Stasevska. The video premiere will be performed at 11:45 on the big screen of Helsinki Music Centre, the event is free for everyone.

Prize winning rising star Vilina Rainisto will perform my piano solo miniatures Characters at Mänttä Music Festival.

Violist Lilli Maijala will perform my piece Sydänlaulu at two sold out concerts of Our Festival (Finnish: Meidän Festivaali) at Suviranta, the Villa of painter Eero Järnefelt which nowadays is a private home.

The Finnish Male Choir Association’s representative choir Liiton miehet conducted by Paavo Hyökki will perform my piece Sailing to Windward, with lyrics by Michael Binnie, at the Alexander Church in Tampere. In addition to Sailing to Windward the choir will be performing music by the composers Forrest, Hindemith, Komulainen, Kuula, Madetoja, Mäntysaari, Poulenc, Rautavaara and Tommola. Free entry.
