My pieces Die Berge and Der Wald for flute and electronics will be performed at Luoston hovi at the opening concert of the festival Luosto soi! in Lapland. At the conferment ceremony of the Faculty of Law of the University of Helsinki my new 20 minute multilingual conferment cantata Science Frictions, composed to a new text by Cia Rinne, will be performed by counter tenor soloist David Hackston, The Academic Choral Society (Akateeminen laulu, AL) and Helsinki University Symphony Orchestra (Ylioppilaskunnan Soittajat, YS) conducted Elisar Riddelin. Violinist Kevin Huang will perform my piece Sydänlaulu at his recital at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.
My second string quartet Letters will get its German Premiere at the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich, by Emma Mali, Pauline Karuga, Ada Koivukangas and Johanna Hanhikoski. The concert is at the Great Hall and has free entry.
