Soprano Sanna Iljin and pianist Tuomas Salokangas will perform my new song cycle Öar i ett hav som strömmar and the Tampering Ensemble will perform my second string quartet Letters at the final concert of the fourth Tampering Festival in Tampere. The concert will be streamed live to the subscribers of the regions main newspaper Aamulehti.

Very happy that the world premiere of my new song cycle Öar i ett hav som strömmar composed to the poems of Henrika Ringbom will take place at the brand new Kumaus Festival in Lappeenranta. The whole song cycle will be premiered by soprano Marika Hölttä and pianist Maritta Manner.
My second string quartet Letters will be played for the first time in Helsinki at the Temppeliaukio Church by the Lapland Quartet.

Minna – Pictures from the Life of Minna Canth was performed by TampereRaw in March 2019 and the Finnish Broadcasting Company broadcast the concert in March. The recording is played again in the radio program “Aikamme suomalaista musiikkia” and can be streamed worldwide until August 15th. Have a listen under this link!
