My piece Angor for mixed choir, which won the VocalEspoo Composition Competition in 2016 will be performed by EMO Ensemble and conducted by Pasi Hyökki in their concert “Uusi Alku” (New Beginning) at the House of Nobility. Tickets 20/10 euros.
My second piano quintet Aino – Emotions from the Life of Aino Sibelius will get its Swedish premiere by Ensemble Ars Nova in the Grünewald Hall in Stockholm. The concert is part of the 10 Year Anniversary Festival of The Association of Swedish Women Composers (Kvinnlig Anhopning av Svenska Tonsättare – KVAST). Free entry!
