The movements I.Min Gud and III. Ty han grep in from my choral suite Min Gud will be performed by the chamber choir Näsi, conducted by Markus Yli-Jokipii.
The live recording of my piece Requiem for our Earth will be broadcast by the Finnish Broadcasting Company. The piece was performed by the sorpanos and altos from Tampere Cappella and Chamber choir Näsi, conducted by Jutta Seppinen at the Ung Nordisk Musik Festival 2020.
The broadcast also contains the works Pétur Eggerts: Echotopoeia. David Tuden: Plumones in Utero. Lauge Dideriksen: It Measures Itself Against the Vertigo Caused by It’s Own Abyss. These works are performed by Tampering Ensemble conducted by Kaapo Ijas.

My Piano Quintets Minna and Aino will be presented by TampereRaw at this years edition of Tallinn Music Week 2020.

UNM Finland has chosen Requiem for Our Earth for this years UNM (Young Nordic Music) Festival, taking place in Tampere. The piece will be performed by the sopranos and altos from the choirs Tampere Cappella and Kamarikuoro Näsi conducted by Jutta Seppinen in Pyynikkisali at Tampere Conservatory.
The concert will be live streamed on the website of the UNM Festival.
My newest piano quintet Helene – Nuances from the Life of Helene Schjerfbeck was premiered 7th of August at the Kokonainen Festival and will be radio broadcast by the Finnish Broadcasting Company YLE on Wednesday evening on Channel 1.
Performed by the wonderful musicians Heli Haapala (flute/piccolo), Kristiina Salmi (oboe), Pekka Niskanen (clarinet), Jaakko Luoma (bassoon) and Tiina Karakorpi (piano).

My third Piano Quintet Helene – Nuances from the Life of Helene Schjerfbeck will get it’s world premiere at the fifth Kokonainen Festival in Janakkala Church and will be live streamed on the festivals own Facebook page.
Paulina Riquelme studying at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Stuttgart will perform Sydänlaulu (version for viola) at the event “Violissimo”.
The Finnish Broadcasting Company’s (YLE) program Kultuuriykkönen discussed music and ecology. Conductor Jutta Seppinen, guitarist Petri Kumela, musicology docent Juha Torvinen, me and journalist Vesa Kytöoja discussed what responsibilities composers, musicians and concert organisers have considering the climate crisis. The program includes three excerpts of my Requiem for Our Earth.
