The Turku Philharmonic Orchestra will perform Tundo! conducted by the orchestras chief conductor John Storgårds in a concert that celebrates the 80th anniversary of the Finnish Composers’ Association. Other pieces in the concert will be Jukka Linkola: Commissioned Work (World Premiere), Mikko Heiniö: On the Rocks, Erkki Salmenhaara: Adagietto, Jukka Tiensuu: Mxpzkl, Heidi Sundblad-Halme: Pan song cycle, Jean Sibelius: Ett ensamt skidspår (A Lonely Ski Trail) for recitalist, harp and strings, Erik Bergman: Circulus op. 58 and Matthew Whittall: Solen (duration 13′) with soprano Tuuli Lindeberg as a soloist. More info here.
